What's the minimum order?

24 pieces per design for screen printing. 12 pieces for DTF or embroidery. Under 12 pieces? Contact us — we may still be able to help.

What's your turnaround time?

Screen printing: 7–10 business days after proof approval. DTF: 5–7 business days. Embroidery: 10–14 business days. Rush production is available for a fee — contact us for rush timelines.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution raster is also fine: PNG or JPG at 300 DPI at the actual print size. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll take a look.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. Our in-house team can create artwork from scratch, redraw existing logos as vectors, or clean up files for print. See our Graphic Design service page for details.

What garment brands do you carry?

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental US with tracking included on every order. International shipping is available on request.

How do proofs work?

Before we print anything, we send a digital mockup of your design on the garment color and style you chose. You approve it in writing, and only then does your order go to production. No surprises.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, for a fee. Rush production timelines depend on the service, quantity, and current shop schedule. Mention your deadline in your quote and we'll tell you what's possible.
